£1.25m refurbishment underway at trade park

A £1.25m investment to refurbish a trade park in Goole is underway following its acquisition last year.

A major programme of refurbishment works are due to be completed in June at Larsen Trade Park. Avon Capital Estates acquired the estate last year, which already houses occupiers such as
Jewson, Graham Plumbing & Heating, Tillery Valley and Global Foodservice.

Four of the 18 units are vacant and provide accommodation from 2,700 sq ft up to 23,000 sq ft.

Paul Mack, director at Gent Visick, said: “Avon Capital are investing a significant amount of capital to upgrade the accommodation with a view to providing opportunities for both local expansion and inward investment into Goole. We believe that Larsen Trade Park will become a flagship estate for the town and will generate further employment in the area.”

Letting agents for the estate are Gent Visick and PPH Commercial.
