Nottingham Waterside residential land up for sale for £3.5m

A prime Nottingham development site that has planning permission for 81 apartments has gone on the market for £3.5m.

The site lies at the southern end of Trent Lane and received planning permission for the residential development last year, although this is yet to kick-off.

The mooted scheme will provide three 1-bedroom apartments, 76 two-bedroom apartments and two 3-bedroom apartments.

The proposals were lodged by McCann Family Investments in May 2015. The land is bordered by the River Crescent apartment block to the east and the Merrill Brown Industrial Estate to the north.

To the west is Trent Basin, a former industrial and warehouse site which has been regenerated by Blueprint.

Savills and FHP are the joint agents on the site.
