A homecare provider in the West Bridgford area is looking to recruit an additional 25 carers to its roster.

In just one year of operating, Respectful Care’s Nottingham South branch has gained more than 450 hours a week of care, and employs 20 carers to carry out the work.

Including West Bridgford, the branch covers areas such as Beeston, Bingham, Chilwell, Cotgrave, Ruddington, and Wilford.

Branch managing director Sarah Pitchford said: “We have a great office team and our care manager is fantastic. She knows how to get things done and goes above and beyond to make sure things are right.

“That’s why we are proving to be very popular in this area. But, we need more people to join the team.

“It might be that people are employed elsewhere in the homecare sector but need a change, or it might be that people are returning this area of work after a break.”

Registered care manager Emma Peach added: “We take care very seriously and it has to work for the person we are caring for. We have roles available for the right people, and we offer training and a super employment package.”

Launched just a couple of years ago, Respectful Care’s headquarters are in Mansfield Woodhouse, although the company now also has branches in Arnold, Nottingham, in Chesterfield and in Rotherham.
