Partner at Derby firm re-appointed to RICS panel

A partner at Derby-based commercial property agents BB&J has been reappointed to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) President’s Panel of Accredited Expert Witnesses.

Mark Richardson is one of a select number of surveyors across the UK and worldwide who are recognised for their ability to help the legal profession bring resolution to property disputes in matters before the Courts such as valuation and professional negligence.

He said: “All RICS experts have had to go through a vetting process and professional interview before a panel.

“Being successfully appointed to the President’s Panel provides clients and colleagues in the legal profession with an additional specialist service which is invaluable when steering through the sometimes high degree of complexity involved in legal disputes over property issues.
