120-home scheme takes a step closer in Gedling

New homes are set to be built in Nottinghamshire as land with planning permission for up to 120 dwellings has been brought to the market.

Property consultancy Fisher German is marketing a 9.88 acre site with planning permission, subject to signing a Section 106 Agreement, off Burton Road, in Gedling.

The land, currently being used for agricultural purposes, is opposite the new Gedling Access Road which is under construction and due for completion in Autumn 2021.

The firm is acting on behalf of landowners Midlands Land Portfolio, the property development arm of Severn Trent Water working with land promoter Northern Trust to market the site for sale by informal tender and is now inviting offers from interested housebuilders.
