Personal training firm powers into new premises

Personal training company TBH Bootcamps has taken the lease on a 3,337 sq ft indoor training facility in a deal orchestrated by FHP Property Consultants.

TBH (Thomas Buckle Health)’s new premises is located at 2A Victoria Road in the Nottingham suburb of Netherfield. The space was recently fully refurbished by the landlord, Tempophase Limited.

Anthony Barrowcliffe of FHP, who acted on behalf of Tempophase, said: “I was involved in the initial purchase of this property via auction from initially advising the landlord, Tempophase Limited, through the full refurbishment to completing on this letting to TBH.

“It was great to place TBH in this unit having been engaging with Thomas for several weeks. I always felt this property would suit a brilliant operator like Thomas and I have no doubt he will flourish with this new venture.

“The most pleasing part of this transaction was being able to round it all off by seeing the end product.”
