Speculatively developed business park set for second phase

Work has begun on the multi-million-pound second phase of Wingfield View Business Park in Clay Cross near Chesterfield.

Roe Developments is set to deliver 65,000 sq ft of employment space across 16 high specification industrial and logistics units at the site sized between 2,000 and 12,000 sq ft.

The units are expected to be available for occupation from Q3 2023.

Knight Frank and FHP are marketing the development.

Wingfield View Business Park is located off the A6175 along Market Street on the corner of Coney Green Business Centre.
