Brewery products and services provider acquired by counterpart
A Northampton-based provider of essential brewery products and services has been bought by a Bristol counterpart.
Bristol-based Rawlings Group has acquired Niche Solutions, based in Northampton, in a deal advised on by GS Verde Group.
Rawlings Group is a multi-brand enterprise specialising in the packaging and drink processing equipment industry. Established to offer an end-to-end solution for drinks producers, the company work with renowned producers of all sizes and offer quality products with comprehensive support.
Niche Solutions, a respected provider of essential brewery products and services, specialises in fermentation aids, cleaning chemicals, kegs, and laboratory testing.
The acquisition of Niche Solutions will enable Rawlings Group to expand its offerings and provide a one-stop-shop for breweries, covering everything from production through to point of sale. The addition of Niche Solutions will also see Rawlings Group reinforce its commitment to providing cutting-edge, tailored solutions to meet the needs of UK breweries.
