Land Marine sails in to Viking Centre

FHP Property Consultants has let one of the last remaining units at Viking Business Centre in Swadlincote to Land Marine, on behalf of private clients.

Land Marine, an engineering specialist, have signed a new five year lease on Unit 2 at the Business Centre, comprising 1,972 sq ft.

Darran Severn from FHP said: “There has been a steady run of lettings on the estate in recent months and I’m pleased to see the momentum continue, bringing it close to full occupancy. Again, we’re seeing real demand for units of this size and as is exemplified here, the supply is running thin.”
