How do you relax at the weekend?
Because of the industry we operate in my weekends tend to be a Monday.
How many hours do you work at the weekend on average?
With Saturday and Sundays being 2 of our busiest days an average Saturday or Sunday is 11 hours long
What’s your favourite:
– holiday destination? It’s a toss-up between Barbados and Australia
– book? The Dragonlance Chronicles by Margaret Weis
– album? Backstreet Symphony by Thunder
– food? If I am dinning out its oriental so Japanese or Chinese but if I am staying in I love a fuddle (bits of everything)
– TV programme? Goggle Box or 8 out of 10 Cats does Countdown
– website or app? Website Adrenalin Jungle obviously(!) but at the moment my favourite app is my SlingBox app which is the most amazing thing since sliced bread as it enables me to watch my very own Sky Box from anywhere in the world. I learned about this amazing piece of kit from reading Alan Sugar’s autobiography ‘What you see is what you get’.
How do you usually spend Sunday evenings?
When I do get a Sunday off I tend to go for a long walk with Oz (the dog) through the Lambley Dumbles to one of my favourite pubs called the Woodlark where Jill loads the bar with the best sausage and roast potatoes. It’s great to spend a couple of hours there Sunday afternoon mainly because there is no phone signal so it’s 100% peace and quiet. That normally sets the scene and the pace for a Sunday not doing much at all.
