Sisters aim to create 50 jobs in south Notts

Two sisters have launched the next phase in the expansion of home care and support provider Respectful Care with a pledge to create 50 jobs
Sisters Emma Peach and Sarah Pitchford have teamed up to manage the Nottingham South branch of Respectful Care, and have opened an office on Exchange Road, West Bridgford.
Emma, who has a degree in nursing from Derby University, said: “Good basic care is something that makes so much difference to people’s lives and can prevent major issues from occurring further down the line.
“We know that we can be a success in this new branch, particularly with the support from head office. We will hand pick the very best staff and aim to recruit up to 50 people in the next 18 months.”
Sarah, who will be managing director, said: “I have had relatives who have in the past used care providers so I know it is absolutely essential to get it right.
“Respectful Care have a growing reputation across Nottinghamshire and I have been aware of their work for some time. When the opportunity came up to be part of the success story that it is, Emma and I saw it as a chance for us to combine our skills, knowledge and passion.”
Based in Mansfield Woodhouse, Respectful Care was only launched three years ago. The firm has recently received a Good rating following its first ever review from its governing body, the Care Quality Commission.
Scott Marsh, co-founder and co-CEO, said: “The new branch represents the next stage in the planned expansion of Respectful Care, which already provides home care and support to 200 clients from offices in Mansfield and in Arnold.
“We have to make ensure that we have the right people in place who share the same ethos as us and who we know will add real value not only to the business, but also to the lives of people we care for.
“In Emma and Sarah, we have found two highly professional and caring people who we know will become part of the close-knit Respectful Care family.”
Respectful Care has launched a training partnership with West Notts College that will see its staff receive industry-standard training and gain professional qualifications.
The Nottingham South office will cover the following areas: Beeston, Bingham, Bramcote, Chillwell, Clifton, Colwick, Cotgrave, Edwalton, Gamston, Kingstone-on-Soar, Lenton, Radcliffe-on-Trent, Ruddington, Stapleford, Meadows, Tollerton, Trowell, West Bridgford and Wilford
