Fraser Brown has bolstered its real estate team with the appointment of commercial property lawyer Anthony Ogley who has joined the firm as a partner.

Ogley joins Fraser Brown’s Nottingham office from Rotherham practice Oxley & Coward Solicitors where he was a partner for seven years, and prior to that he was an associate at Nabarro in Sheffield.

He said: “Fraser Brown has a fantastic reputation both regionally and nationally and this is a great opportunity for me to work with and build on its impressive client base.

“The commercial property sector in the East Midlands continues on an upwards trajectory which is being championed by the public and private sector led Midlands Engine initiative, and I’m looking forward to helping drive forward the growth of Fraser Brown’s real estate service, in line with the increasing demand for its expertise in this area.”

Graham Green, senior partner at Fraser Brown, said: “The commercial property sector is a core market for Fraser Brown and is central to the firm’s growth strategy.

“The real estate team has grown at a pace over the last 18 months and Anthony’s appointment within this newly created position is part of that continued growth and confidence.

“Anthony is an accomplished commercial property lawyer with extensive experience of advising a variety of commercial clients. He is an asset to the team and I look forward to working with him on the further expansion of our offer.”
