ONE of the Midland’s first menswear-only New Look branches has officially launched at Nottingham’s intu Victoria Centre with the help of some of the city’s top sportsmen.

Nottingham Rugby squad members Joe Cobden, Alex Goble, Josh Poullet and club captain Matt Everard were on hand to mark the opening of the New Look Men store last Friday.

“New Look Men will be sponsoring our next home game at The Bay on December 11 against Richmond in the British & Irish Cup so it’s great to be able to support them as they open their new store in the city,” Matt Everard said.

General manager at Nottingham Rugby Steve Smith added: “We were really pleased to be able to help New Look Men launch its new store at intu Victoria Centre – I’m sure that the lads will be regular customers, particularly with Christmas just around the corner.

“Nottingham Rugby is very much a community club and it’s great for us to get out and lend a hand to our partners where we can.”

The shop will join a large selection of retailers on the lower level of the shopping centre, including Kiko Milano, Topshop, River Island, House of Frazer, HMV, Pandora, John Lewis and many more.

General manager at Intu in Nottingham Nigel Wheatley said: “More and more high profile national retailers are choosing intu Victoria Centre following the remodelling works and we are very pleased to welcome New Look Men to the centre ahead of the busy festive period.”
