Derby IT support firm to create 10 jobs

A Derby-based IT firm says it will create 10 jobs this year following growth in its cyber security business.
RDS Global says the number of cyber security audits performed by the company doubled in recent months.
Cyber security is a popular topic with chancellor Phillip Hammond recently introducing a £2bn investment towards cyber security for the nation in November last year.
Sean Price, director at RDS Global, said: “RDS Global are helping small businesses around the UK get cyber ready ahead of the new data protection laws which come into place in 2018.
“As part of the cyber audit process, RDS Global reviews not only hardware, software and network topologies but also the HR and legal policies in place within an organisation that support data protection and handling.
“Having provided cyber audits for small businesses, car dealerships, hotels and nursing homes – RDS Global continues to drive innovation forward in this sector and continues to grow the cyber security awareness around the UK.”
