Nottingham firm gets green light for 110,000 sq ft HQ

A Nottingham supplier to some of the biggest petrol forecourt operators in the world has been given the green light to transform the former Chromoworks building in Nottingham into its new 110,000 sq ft headquarters and distribution centre.
DSL currently employs over 80 people at sites across Nottingham with its current headquarters at Concord House on Malton Road. With the green light from Nottingham City Council it will consolidate its various sites across Nottingham into one and create 21 new jobs.
The Chromoworks site on Wigman Road was formerly a printworks and has been vacant since 2014. It was sold earlier last year to Sladen Estates in a deal brokered by NG Chartered Surveyors.
The new headquarters will include building a 86,133 sq ft warehouse with 19,052 sq ft of office space.
DSL was established in 1983 in Nottingham. It works with and supplies petrol forecourt operators with retail brands and works with the likes of BP, Esso, Sainsbury, Texaco, Jet and Shell.
The firm is owned by the Landa family.
