Student lettings specialist opens new Nottingham office

Student lettings specialist FHP Student Living has moved into a new retail unit on Shakespeare Street in the centre of Nottingham.

The new office adds to sales and lettings offices at Weekday Cross in the Lace Market and West Bridgford. It will be home to four members of the Student Living team.

David Hargreaves, founding director of FHP, said: “With an increase in demand for top end student accommodation from students at both The University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University, an added focus seems to be on properties that are in the city centre, so it is the perfect time to be moving into a new office, especially one that is so central and located on the same street as Nottingham Trent University’s City Campus.

“Its position on the route from the NTU campus to the Intu Victoria Centre puts FHP in the prime location for student accommodation, enhancing the service we provide to our landlord and investor clients.”
