Engineering firm chooses Swadlincote for new HQ

Roger Bullivant (RB) has confirmed the purchase of its new 22-acre site at Hearthcote Road in Swadlincote which will become its new UK headquarters, Walton Park, in a deal which will bring 400 jobs to the area.

The completion will see RB’s relocation from its existing head office in Drakelow near Burton on Trent before the end of the year with production following at a later date. The company has seven other centres across the UK.

Site development plans include increased square footage of the existing office space and the creation of new manufacturing facilities to boost production of its precast concrete and house foundation systems.
