Which East Mids law firm is strengthening its commercial property team?

A Nottingham law firm has strengthened its commercial property team with the appointment of solicitor Paul Hinchliffe.

Hinchcliffe joins Nelsons after gaining his qualifications at Burton & Co. in Lincoln, where he started his legal career as a paralegal in 2009 working across the firm’s litigation and social housing teams.

He completed his LPC in January 2013 and commenced his training contract later that year, qualifying in 2015.

Hinchcliffe said: “I’m delighted to have been offered a position in such a vibrant and passionate team, which has grown exponentially over recent months.

“I’m looking forward to working on bigger and more complex deals and Nottingham’s commercial property market is different to that of Lincoln, so I’m keen to learn as much as possible from my new colleagues and gain experience across a range of different client portfolios and add value to the existing skills set of the team.”

The commercial property team at Nelsons now stands at 17, comprised of three partners, four associates, four solicitors, three trainee solicitors and three paralegals across the firm’s three offices in Nottingham, Leicester and Derby.
