Thincats appoints general counsel
Ashby de la Zouch alternative lending firm ThinCats has appointed Samantha Gray as general counsel.
Gray’s legal history includes working as partner at Langley Solicitors LLP and heading up its Finance Law Unit which covered financial services, banking, insolvency and restructuring matters.

In her new role, Gray will provide commercial and legal advice across the Group and will be involved in the development of operational and transactional processes. She will also oversee the securities, monitoring and recoveries teams.
