Harris Lamb hires property manager

Harris Lamb has appointed an experienced property manager as it develops the residential stream of the business.

Tina Cannon joins the business’ property management team with an estate agency background including most recently working with Purple Bricks.

Richard Fantham, director, said: “Over the past two years we have worked hard to expand our residential offering, and this latest appointment helps us provide a cohesive service within the sector.

“Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business, having worked within the residential property industry for more than ten years.

“Her regional contact-base is extensive, and we’re confident that her expertise in housing law and regulations, health and safety policies and in Influencing, negotiating, growing and developing property portfolios will prove a vital asset for the 12-strong property management team that she is joining”
