College’s Lace Market premises up for sale for £1m

Nottingham College’s 14,478 sq ft building in the heart of Nottingham’s Lace Market is up for sale for £1m.

FHP Property Consultants is marketing 1 Broadway which is a Grade II listed former lace warehouse previously used as offices by the College.

FHP says the property could be refurbished for office purposes either for an investor or an owner occupier, given Nottingham’s shortage of city centre office space which suitably caters for the creative industries. Alternatively, the firm says, it has the ability to be turned into apartments, subject to planning permission.
