Digital signage firm expands in Loughborough
A digital signage firm is expanding into larger premises in Loughborough after a deal brokered by NG Chartered Surveyors.
Acting for private landlords, NG Chartered Surveyors has let Unit 3 Waldron Court to Visimi – a specialist in digital signage.
The deal for the 2,128 sq ft unit was completed in less than two weeks of it coming to market.
NG Chartered Surveyors Director Richard Sutton has advised the owners of the estate for over 20 years, and said he was always confident of a disposal, but the speed of the deal surprised him.
He said: “This deal happened so quickly that the landlords hadn’t even had time for the paint to dry on their redecoration before the lawyers were instructed.
“Loughborough’s industrial market has always been strong and this deal simply back that up. Units on Waldron Court are always highly sought after, given their high profile and proximity to major occupiers including Wickes, B&Q Depot and Aldi. We wish Visimi all the best as their success story continues.”
Jonathan Hardy director at Visimi said: “We have been looking for a larger premises for a while now as we were wanting a purpose built innovation centre for our clients. This fitted the bill and we knew had to be quick. It’s a great premises with a great location.”
