“It’s important to us to offer our customers not just quality coffee and food, but also a great location they can relax in, be it to meet friends, family or to work. Box Property understand the importance of finding unique and distinctive properties which align with our brand and we look forward to seeing what they find for us next.”
Box Property founders Ben Tebbutt and Frankie Labbate have been working with 200 Degrees since its first shop opened in Nottingham in 2014 and has secured all of its seven premises to date in Nottingham, Leeds, Birmingham, Cardiff, Leicester and now Sheffield.
Tebbutt said: “In addition to great coffee and service, customers want individual, stylish and comfortable spaces to relax in and 200 Degrees continue to set that benchmark.
“Being on the journey with 200 Degrees founders Tom and Rob from the outset has been incredible; seeing the growth and success of the business while staying true to its values is brilliant to see.
“As with its other locations, we know the Sheffield coffee shop will be well received – it’s in a fantastic location and Sheffield is a vibrant city with a great café culture.”
With plans to open more shops, including another one later this year, Box Property says it is continuing to look for further premises for 200 Degrees.
