Derby marketing firm launches B2B arm

Katapult, Derby marketing agency, has launched a new business aimed at the B2B market.

The firm says that Yellowstep will “put directors back in charge of their business growth by creating sales and marketing alignment, creating brand awareness and above all generating leads”.

The team will be led by maanging director Martin Broadhurst.

He said: “Buyers and markets have changed dramatically. B2B customers are now 60% through the buying cycle before a business even knows it. The overwhelming choice of online marketing activity and channels has caused confusion and anxiety. Managing directors, sales directors and marketing directors are less sure of their old methods and are seeking a new approach to growth.”

Dawn Foote, co-founder of Katapult, said: “Launching Yellowstep is a really important phase in our own growth. We are now focusing on what we’re good at on both sides of the business. Now with Yellowstep we have the inbound marketing experts to allow other B2B businesses to flourish.”
