12,000 sq ft office deal in former Courtaulds building

The 12,000 sq ft first floor offices in the former Courtaulds building in Nottingham have been let to Trent Education Centre in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants and Innes England.

The building includes office and former light industrial space.

Thomas Szymkiw, of FHP’s office team who agreed the letting, said: “Trent Education Centre were seeking a large floor plate close to the City Centre to accommodate their growing student numbers and this opportunity fitted the bill perfectly”.

“The move will also enable the company to offer a wider range of further education courses so it’s great to assist a business who are helping local people to pursue job opportunities in the future”.

FHP and Innes England are also marketing the ground floor area of the building for a new retail scheme.
