Developer submits further plans for Rolls-Royce business park

How Unit 12 on Victory Park looks

Plans have been submitted to Derby City Council to build three units on Victory Park, next to Rolls-Royce’s factory in the city.

If approved, the new scheme would bring more jobs to the site, which would then be complete.

Harris Lamb has applied for planning approval on behalf of the Revelan Group.

The largest of the units would be 28,050 sq ft, the second 13,197 sq ft which has been designed for local R&D business Scitek, and the third 12,766 sq ft.

A planning statement submitted with the application reads: ” The development will create new employment opportunities and conclude the redevelopment of the business park with the addition of three modern, attractive industrial units.”
