Office plans for former craft ale bar and kitchen

Plans to transform an historic Nottingham city centre building which has stood vacant for 18 months have been revealed – and it could be turned into offices.
Pan Albion has submitted a planning application to widen the use of the former Purecraft Bar and Kitchen at 13 St Peters Gate in Nottingham so that it could be used as offices, retail space or public sector space across both its basement and ground floor.
Pan Albion has also applied to include a mezzanine level on the ground floor of the building.
Purecraft moved out of 13 St Peters Gate in August 2017 after just over a year of trading after struggling to establish itself on Nottingham’s ultra-competitive bar scene.
