Shredall pledges future to Bestwood Business Park

A company which shreds sensitive company information has committed to a further ten-year lease at Bestwood Business Park.

Shredall SDS Group already occupies 82,000 sq ft of space at the East Midlands-based park and has renewed its lease with St Modwen for a further decade.

Gemma Butler, asset manager at St Modwen, said: “Having Shredall SDS Group renew its lease at Bestwood Business Park for another 10 years reinforces the market’s confidence in an already popular St. Modwen development.

“To be at 100% occupancy with good calibre tenants highlights the strength of the industrial and logistics market in the Midlands and underlines the successes we have achieved at this site.”
