Well-known property figure leaves agency after 25 years

One of the best-known professionals in the East Midlands commercial property sector has left his role after nearly a quarter of a century with the same firm.

Phil Quiggin has moved on from Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) after over 24 years with the firm. Latterly he was head of office for the firm in Nottingham.

TheBusinessDesk.com contacted LSH for a statement, which read: “LSH remains committed to the East Midlands market where its team is very active and continues to gain significant new instructions.”

Quiggin recently worked on the deal to bring 500 jobs to the East Midlands as part of software company Access Group move into a new 100,000 sq ft at Loughborough University Science and Enterprise Park.
