Restaurant and bar chain targets global expansion

The Alchemist, the restaurant and bar chain which has a venue in Nottingham, says it is on track to post revenues of £50m at the end of its financial year - and open four new outlets. Founded in 2010, The Alchemist originally set up in Manchester before opening its doors in Leeds and London.
