Office plans at former craft ale bar given go-ahead

Plans to transform an historic Nottingham city centre building which has stood vacant for almost two years months have been given the go-ahead – and it could be turned into offices.
Pan Albion has been given the go-ahead to widen the use of the former Purecraft Bar and Kitchen at 13 St Peters Gate in Nottingham so that it could be used as offices, retail space or public sector space across both its basement and ground floor.
Pan Albion will also include a mezzanine level on the ground floor of the building.
Purecraft moved out of 13 St Peters Gate in August 2017 after just over a year of trading after struggling to establish itself on Nottingham’s ultra-competitive bar scene.
