Adult bowling and entertainment brand set to open in Nottingham

An adult entertainment centre is coming to Nottingham, and TheBusinessDesk.com understands it could be based in The Cornerhouse leisure complex.

Lane 7, a fast-expanding brand, offers bowling, karaoke, cocktails, retro arcades, beer pong and shuffleboard.

The company has outlets in Newcastle, Middlesborough, Birmingham, Aberdeen and Liverpool. It has plans to open in Durham, Sheffield, Glasgow, Dublin, Bristol – and now Nottingham.

Sources say Lane 7 will open in the former Works nightclub and Red Hot World Buffet unit in The Cornerhouse, but the leisure complex wouldn’t be drawn.

Charlie Truman, centre executive for The Cornerhouse, said: “We have had a lot of interest around the former Red Hot World Buffet unit at The Cornerhouse, with some exciting entertainment venues getting in touch.

“It is a great space and we are certain that whoever decides to move into the unit will bring something great to the centre and will only add to what our current tenants already offer.”
