Card wholesaler moves into Nottingham
A greetings card wholesaler which had been targeting a move into Nottingham for over two years has finally found a base in the city.
Budget Greeting Cards has moved into a 40,500 sq ft warehouse on the Blenheim Industrial Estate in a deal brokered by Commercial Property Partners (CPP).
Sean Brenmer, partner at CPP, said: “We’re delighted that BGC have committed to our clients building at Blenheim Industrial Estate.
“The property offers a great space in an area which has a limited supply of good quality premises available. This unit was very popular when launched to the market due to its specification, the location and recent refurbishment. Blenheim Industrial Estate remains a popular destination for occupiers and we were confident this unit would let swiftly.”
