Pet food company expands in Newark

Bennington Foods has taken a 30,000 sq ft new build warehouse in Newark.

The company manufactures and packs pet foods.

7a Roseland Business Park was the first new build project at Roseland Business Park.

The deal was brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

Anthony Barrowcliffe from FHP said: “Currently we have several different options at Roseland Business Park to meet different size requirements as well as further developments still to come. Not only do we have existing stock immediately available for occupation we also have new design and build options.”
