A Nottingham-based digital marketing agency has appointed seven new members of staff following an impressive period of growth.

Impression has made the new additions on the back of a record 18 months during which it has won clients such as Cancer Research UK, Nintendo and Giant Bicycles.

Libby Barnes joins the firm’s commercial team as client services manager, Katie Walton and Jamie Irwin join its paid media team as PPC strategist and PPC analyst, while Lauren Roitman (SEO strategist), Saffron Shergill (SEO analyst) and Jonathan Theuring (SEO analyst) join the organic search team.

The agency has also bolstered its digital PR offering with the appointment of Damian Summers, formerly of Tank PR, as digital PR specialist.

Tom Craig, co-founder of Impression, said: “We’re delighted to welcome new members to our team. Every member brings knowledge and experience which will compliment and expand our current capabilities and contribute to our ongoing growth into 2020.

“While the UK’s economy is facing some challenges at the moment, we believe that investment in marketing continues to be a key driver for business leaders who seek to ensure they remain front and centre for prospective customers into the busy festive period and beyond. The ongoing growth of our client base is testament to this and we are looking ahead to exciting times for our own business as a result.”
