Learning and coaching firms in merger deal
Two businesswomen from Northampton, who each ran their own companies, have merged their firms.
Lindsey Marriott and Charlotte Green have decided to stop trading independently and create a new business called Specific Learning & Coaching.
Marriott and her company LJM Associates has joined forces with Charlotte Green Coaching to help firms with a remote workforce, multi-sites and people on the move. They offer blended learning and coaching solutions including online, face-to-face and via Skype and Zoom Rooms.
“There are now three key strands to our business,” said Green. “We identify and verify the issues, we strengthen leadership skills and we offer ongoing support to maintain competency, all with measurable results.
“Our diagnostics tool, REAP Network, provides valuable data to our clients, enabling a detailed view of company culture and signposting areas for improvement,” said Marriott “We create a clear and targeted plan that gets to the heart of issues quickly. It is bespoke and specific, hence the new company name.”
