Green light given to complete employment park
Plans to build three units on Victory Park, next to Rolls-Royce’s factory in Derby, have been given the green light.
The news means that the site, owned by Revelan, will now be completed.
Harris Lamb has applied for planning approval on behalf of the Revelan.
The largest of the units will be 28,050 sq ft, the second 13,197 sq ft which has been designed for local R&D business Scitek, and the third 12,766 sq ft.
A planning statement submitted with the application reads: “The development will create new employment opportunities and conclude the redevelopment of the business park with the addition of three modern, attractive industrial units.”
