Hotel rebrands following £1.5m refurbishment

The newly rebranded Delta Hotels by Marriott Nottingham Belfry

The Nottingham Belfry Hotel has rebranded as a Delta Hotel by Marriott following a £1.5 million refurbishment.

The hotel, which is owned by real estate investment company Aprirose, previously operated under the Qhotels brand.

The rebrand will see it become the third Delta Hotels by Marriott property in the UK.

The refurbishment included the transformation of the hotel’s 120 bedrooms, a complete renovation of the lobby and Oaks bar area, and improvements to its conferencing and banqueting facilities.

Manish Gudka, CEO of Aprirose, said: “Bringing the Delta Hotels by Marriott brand to The Nottingham Belfry Hotel demonstrates a major investment in the local economy. It is only the third of its kind in the UK and is a significant development for the region. The £1.5 million refurbishment reinforces our commitment to our hotel business as we continue to look for the best opportunities for our hotel portfolio.”
