Party time as frozen food distributor bags premium buffet brand

Northampton-based frozen food specialist Central Foods has struck a deal to distribute products for the well-known premium buffet brand Frank Dale.

The East Midlands company will distribute Frank Dale’s full range of sweet and savoury products to the foodservice sector.

The Norfolk-headquartered party food firm produces a range of mini quiches and classic miniatures such as mini Yorkshire puddings with beef and horseradish, mini pies and fish & chip bites. It also makes sweets including mini Victoria sponges and strawberry and cream scones.

Gordon Lauder, managing director of Central Foods, said: “We are delighted to have taken over distribution of the superb range of Frank Dale products, which will extend the selection of buffet and party food that we already supply to our foodservice customers across the UK and further afield.

“Frank Dale has a strong reputation for producing premium quality classic British miniatures, and these will complement perfectly the authentic global menu that Central Foods offers when it comes to party food.”
