On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

(L-R): Claire Henley, Rob McCordick, Polly Astill and Amy Stamper

Nottingham-based digital marketing agency Impression has made four new hires following a period of sustained growth.

Rob McCordick – previously head of PPC at GoDaddy – joins the company as a paid search specialist. He will lead on strategy development and execution for many of the agency’s biggest retained accounts.

Meanwhile, Amy Stamper has joined Impression as a social and display specialist, Claire Henley comes on-board as PPC executive and Polly Astill has been made marketing manager.

The news follows a record 2019 which saw the agency win a host of big-name clients including Vax, Andertons, Vaillant and Mitrefinch.

Aaron Dicks, co-founder and managing director at Impression, said: “The start of 2020 has been particularly busy across the business with new clients, speaking opportunities and events across the UK and internationally – it’s a really exciting time for Impression and I’m delighted to welcome the new members to our team.

“Paid media is important for businesses that want to stand out in an increasingly competitive marketplace and this has been reflected in the enquiries we now receive on a daily basis. Given the market conditions, I only envisage this arm of the business to grow further in the years ahead.”

Elsewhere, Derbyshire care provider Heathcotes Group has appointed a new director of business development.

Natalia Lysiuk, who was previously head of commissioning at the Chesterfield-based company, has a wealth of experience in development roles in the health and social care sector.

She has played a leading role in the growth of Heathcotes’ full-time residential care services and the introduction of a new independent supported living provision which has enabled us to provide a full care pathway.

“Natalia has also worked closely with our clinical team in the successful development of a unique model of residential therapy for people with personality disorders and has also played a key role in the development of our children’s services portfolio.”
