NG Chartered Surveyors has brokered a deal to let another former Ladbrokes unit – this time to a fast-growing jewellers in Nottingham city centre.

Ellis Cullen at NG acted on behalf of GVC Group, the parent company of Ladbrokes Coral, to seal the deal to bring Keishi Jewellery to 21 Pelham Street.

The company, which sells precious and semi-precious jewellery, chose its new location due to its high footfall.

Keishi already has a store at nearby Cobden Chambers.

Cullen said: “This the latest in a series of deals we’ve completed for GVC Group. Pelham Street is a quality unit and sits in a fantastic location which meant it was ideal for fast-growing businesses such as Keishi Jewellery

“We wish them well for the future, and would welcome enquiries from other expanding SMEs who want to move into some of the very best locations in the East Midlands.”

Ben Tebbutt at Box Property acted for Keishi.

He said: “Box Property act on behalf of Keishi Jewellery advising on business growth and strategy. We are already looking at opening a third store in Lincoln before the summer.”
