On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Clowes Developments has appointed Kate Henderson as its new marketing manager.
Henderson joins Clowes from Else Solicitors where she was head of marketing. She spent her earlier career at law firm Geldards.
The appointment coincides with the Derbyshire-based company’s recent rebrand and name change from CWC Group to Clowes Developments.
Chairman of Clowes Developments, David Clowes said: “Our visionary leadership team acknowledge that with growth and stability comes opportunity. We identified that an in-house marketing professional would be an essential asset to our ever-evolving business. Kate will play a vital role in elevating the groups profile and communicating our vast project portfolio and success for years to come.”

Matlock-based “adventure community” firm Pro-Venture has hired James Blake as director.
Blake said: “It’s fantastic to join the Pro-Venture team, they are a committed group of outdoor professionals who have a passion for inspiring people to have new experiences and develop their skills in the outdoors. I’m looking forward to driving the growth agenda and we have some exciting news coming up in the pipeline.
