Colin Stone of Warlord Games said: “Warlord Games are delighted to move into their new premises at Finch Close. We have been looking for a new property to ensure the business can expand and grow in line with its forecasts for the next five years. We appreciate the great efforts FHP have made to help us take occupation.”

Chris Proctor, who brokered the deal on behalf of the landlord, said: “Warlord Games have been looking for a suitable premises in the area for several months and given our extensive requirements database and knowledge of the local market, we were able to agree terms well in advance of the previous tenant vacating to allow for an easy transition and minimal void period for our client. This has been an excellent result for all parties involved and I wish Warlord Games all the best in their new headquarter facility.”

Caroline Findlay of Geldards represented the landlord and Alison James-Moore of Elvin Moore Solicitors represented the tenant.

Robert Foley of Gaskells UK handled the dilapidations with the former tenant on behalf of the landlord.
