Insolvency specialist returns to law firm as director

Annabel Whittaker, Simon Dakin and Victoria Dunstall

Nottingham law firm Actons has welcomed a senior insolvency lawyer back to the firm.

Victoria Dunstall has re-joined the firm as a director in its insolvency team following a year as a senior law lecturer at Nottingham Trent University.

Dunstall initially joined the firm in 2012 and specialises in all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency, both contentious and non-contentious.

Simon Dakin, chairman at Actons, said: “I am delighted to welcome Vicki back, as she is an exceptional lawyer. We now again have three very experienced senior insolvency solicitors at Actons which will ensure that we can maintain our long standing reputation for providing the high quality insolvency advice that our clients have become accustomed to.”

Dunstall added: “I’m really pleased to have re-joined the team at Actons. I thoroughly enjoyed the year at NTU, so much so that I am continuing my lecturing part-time. It’s great to be able to also work with my Actons insolvency colleagues again and support clients as the economic situation develops in the coming months.”
