Secure storage firm locks down refinancing deal

Magenta Storage, which has facility in Meadow Lane in Nottingham, has landed a refinancing deal through DRC Capital.

Headquartered in Oxfordshire, Magenta Storage provides self-storage space suitable for both business and private storage requirements with facilities in Acton (West London), Banbury, Nottingham, Oxford and St Albans.

DRC Capital is an independent investment adviser focused on the commercial real estate debt sector in Europe.

Browne Jacobson’s Mark Lewis (real estate) and James Busby (banking) advised Magenta Storage.
