Commercial and residential agencies relocate to larger offices

Commercial property agent BB&J Commercial and sister company Boxall Brown & Jones residential estate agency have relocated to larger premises in Derby.

BB&J Commercial was established in 2010 as a standalone commercial property division of the residential agency Boxall Brown & Jones, which was founded in 1990.

Both currently work from separate offices in Iron Gate and have now come together in 4,000 sq ft offices in The Wyvern which have been refurbished to enable the 25-strong residential and commercial teams to work alongside each other.

BB&J Commercial partner Graham Bancroft said: “The relocation to offices in The Wyvern, with excellent parking facilities and easier access to the region’s road network, also reflects the broader geographical spread of our commercial client base.”

Boxall Brown & Jones partner Chris Birds said: “It makes perfect sense to relocate to premises that bring the Derby commercial and residential property teams back together under one roof with our Belper office continuing to service the north of the county.”
