“Brad’s extensive property and business development background will allow Wavensmere Homes to tap into new areas of the sector. We look forward to bringing Brad onboard at such an exciting time for the company following the success of Nightingale Quarter. We continue to concentrate primarily in and around the Midlands looking for new build opportunities. Eyes are firmly set on the future and the growth of the company.”

Critcher added: “Urban regeneration, the revitalisation of our town centres and the repurposing of buildings is a key element in achieving sustainable and responsible economic growth as well as the creation of inclusive and thoughtfully designed communities. Wavensmere Homes has already demonstrated these skills with a number of best-in-class developments including Crocketts Lane, The Forge and Nightingale Quarter.”

Harry Walters

Underwood-based commercial fire and security company Tecserv UK has appointed Harry Walters as its new technical sales executive.

Walters has worked at Tecserv UK for the past 10 years within the service department where he started as an apprentice having won apprentice of the year in 2012 during his studies to gain a City & Guilds in Electronic Security and Safety Systems at Loughborough College.

He said: “I had been considering how to develop further in my career, so when this sales role became available I felt it would be a natural progression as I know most fire and security systems inside out. I will therefore be well equipped to offer the best advice and solutions for clients.”

Colin Milligan, Tecserv UK sales director, added: “One of Tecserv’s most recognised attributes is the knowledge and expertise we bring when helping our clients choose the system best suited to the technical specification that has been recommended as part of their fire and security risk assessment. These technical skills and knowledge take years to learn, so we are delighted to welcome Harry to the sales team.”
