Utilities supplier creates 15 new jobs

Business energy and water supplier, Yü Energy has expanded its team with fifteen new hires.

A host of roles have been created across the business including the expansion of the sales, marketing and customer care teams in order to meet growing business demand.

Yü Energy has gained a new TPI relationship manager, Curtis Avery. He brings to the team 12 years’ experience in the energy sector, following his previous role as a key account Manager.

Digital marketing executive Daniel Coe joins the Yü Energy team having previously worked as a marketing executive in both consumer and business-to-business sectors.

Coe said: “It has been a real breath of fresh air working at Yü Energy so far. The marketing and wider sales marketing team have made me feel at home and like I’ve been working here for years.”

Joining the customer care team at Yü Energy is Zaaminah Roberts, relationship manager. Her previous role in customer management and knowledge in managing customer solutions will be a great asset to further improving the Yü Energy customer experience.

She said: “I am enjoying my time at Yü Energy so far. The people and working environment are great and my colleagues are always extremely helpful. I’m looking forward to being able to provide even better solutions for Yü Energy customers and doing all we can as a team to continue to deliver a great service.”

Group human resources director of Yü Energy, Navaz Dean said: “We are very excited to welcome all of our new team members to the business. As Yü Energy continues to grow and innovate, we’re looking forward to incorporating their wealth of experience within their given teams, as well as working with the new joiners to help progress their careers and deepen their knowledge in the energy industry.”

Yü Energy now employs a team of over 120 people across Nottingham and Leicester.
