Italian luxury packaging firm boxes up deal for Leicester counterpart

Leicester-based packaging firm Pollard Boxes has been sold to Italian counterpart Pusterla 1880.

Pollard Boxes designs, manufactures and supplies luxury packaging for the beauty, drinks, gift, entertainment and corporate markets aligning perfectly with Pusterla’s international presence in the luxury packaging market.

Freeths team led by Tom Brown, Mohammed Abbas (senior associate – corporate) and Richard Ferguson (managing associate – Tax) worked alongside a team from Cavendish Corporate Finance led by partners Linda Sullivan and James Ellis to see the transaction through to completion.

Mark Pollard, managing director of Pollard Boxes will now take up the role of managing Pusterla’s UK operations.
