Gusto to open Nottingham city centre restaurant

Gusto Italian is set to open a new restaurant and bar in Nottingham city centre later this year.

The site on King Street will be an “immersive pizza” experience, open kitchen and coffee and cannoli bar.

Matt Snell, CEO said: “This opening marks a new chapter for us as we come out of a very tough 18 months. Nottingham will be home to our first new look Gusto and will create an immersive guest experience that helps us redefine the landscape of Italian casual dining. We’ll be serving brunch, lunch, dinner and drinks, the Gusto way and can’t wait to welcome back the people of Nottingham.”

Gusto Italian, the Palatine Private Equity-backed group, was forced to closed its site in West Bridgford late last year and currently has 12 sites across the UK, including Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Newcastle.
